One labour charge
Most repairs are a single one-off labour charge - not an hourly meter. If the fault takes longer to trace, the price doesn't creep.
Parts on top, agreed first
If your appliance needs a part, we price it up and check with you before fitting anything. No surprises on the invoice.
3-month GS guarantee
Repairs are backed by the GS Repair Guarantee: three months' cover on the same fault, so the fix stays fixed.
